Here's how it works for the DiscoverCard, but all offers follow the exact same process:
1) Apply for a Discover Business Card by clicking here:  which links you to DiscoverCard's secure application. Fill out the application and you may be approved instantly. You may also get an approval email from Discover. Just email us a copy of the approval, whether it is a screenshot of the approval page or the email approval to Discover@OSHAContinuingEducation.com along with your name, address, phone number, and email address, and we will process your cash rebate!
2) If you are not approved immediately, DiscoverCard wants to review your application in more detail before approving you and will notify you by email when you are approved.
